Message to the world
What started as a message to our children back in Australia whilst in Ireland quickly developed into a sub project within the Shared Journey series. On our return we worked with the students of Napoleons Primary School in Regional Victoria to write messages to the world in response to consumer waste and the great pacific garbage patch. Over 100 messages were written, placed in a glass bottle and sealed with a cork. The messages were incorporated into sculpture and exhibited both in Ballarat and at Mars Gallery in Port Melbourne.
